Jack's Birth

Jack Wayne Meadows is Here!!

We are one excited family! It had been a rough road getting here but we are so thankful Jack is here and very healthy! Last Tuesday, February 28, I started bleeding again from my previa. So I called Wayne and we took off for the hospital again. I was 36 weeks and 3 days and was scheduled for a c-section in one week. The doctors decided to go ahead and deliver since I was past the 36 week mark. The c-section was not my favorite way to have a baby but very thankful it is in my past and done with. Jack came out completely healthy with no problems. We are so thankful and blessed that God choose us to be his parents.

Jack weighed 6 lbs 4oz and was 19 1/2 inches long

That Face...

That face already melts my heart! I am about 35 weeks in this picture and the ultrasound picture I have posted before. Amy was in town so I got her to snap a few pics!! We are scheduled to have him a week from today, Tuesday the 6th! I will be 37 weeks prayfully with a healthy 7 pound baby! So excited and can't wait. I think we might have a name but it is not on the birth certificate so it can still change. Once it is written in stone will let you know!!

Wayne's Birthday Surprise!

Wayne's Birthday was on the 12th of this month and walker had a plan to surprise him. We watch American's funniest home videos every night so Walker wanted to try to scare him. So his plan was to hide in a box and when he opened it he would jump out. Walker was so excited to scare his daddy. In the end Wayne knew what was going on but played along. It was great! Walker thought he got him pretty good!!

Yesterday my sisters had me a little "Surprise" Shower. They thought I have been a little down since I have been on bedrest for the past 6 weeks. Well, to make a long story short I found out about the surprise but had a wonderful time with my closest of friends and family!

Baby Charlie

Baby Charlie finally came to visit! He is two weeks old and I haven't been able to see him since I have been on bedrest. He is the cutest little (or big) thing I have ever seen. The girls loved him. Ivy kept trying to give him his passy and Reese just wanted to hold him. Before he left Reese asked me if we could keep him forever. They are going to love their little brother when he gets here.
