Christmas Morning

We had to wake all the kids up Christmas morning!   They were sleeping good!
Waiting to come down the stars!
Wayne had some notes as they come down the stairs. The last one said "Now read the story of how Jesus came. Because of him we are never the same".  Walker read the Christmas story then the kids were able to see what they got for Christmas.
Jack loved everyone else's toys!  Didn't have much to do with his own.

Christmas Eve

The kids are loving our Christmas Eve tradition we started last year. They love crab legs and since they are so hard to eat and so expensive we decided to keep them for special occasions.
Reese is my picky eater but she can put down some crab meat!!
Jack had more fun playing with them than eating them.

Visit with Santa

This year we went to visit Santa twice. We got to go to Santa's workshop and help him make toys and then we got to go see him and his reindeer! The kids had a good time.  They don't get all excited about Santa since we don't make a big deal about him around our house but they did have fun making toys!

Great Wolf Lodge

After Wayne graduated we spent the next night celebrating at the Great Wolf Lodge in North Carolina.  It was our first time going and the kids had a blast. They had a huge inside water park that the kids enjoyed. They also got to do other small  adventures inside the hotel.

Inside our room was a tiny room just for the kids.  It had bunk beds and their own T.V!

Gradution

Wayne Graduated!!!
After all the hard work Wayne is now a Doctor! Doctor of Ministry that is!  So proud of him and all his hard work. We spent a long weekend back at seminary reminiscing of all the good times.  Moving to North Carolina was one of the hardest things we ever did.  We are so thankful for our time there.  Now if you ask us to do it again I think we would jump on it. Loved Seminary life, the friendships, the housing, and the lifetime memories!
