(it is on his christmas list papa!!)

We have had a busy weekend. Saturday we went with the church to the pumpkin patch. We got to ride out to the field on a hay ride, Walker loved it. He picked himself out a pumpkin and we went back and painted it. As you can see I think he thought pumpkins are suppose to be blue. Then Sunday we had a good bye lunch after church with a bunch of our friends. And now on Monday Reese had a doctors appt and got her first round of shots. She did a great job. She is now up to 11 lbs 8 oz. A growing girl!! Then me Walker and Reese met some friends for lunch and went to the park. Finally we came home and carved the pumpkin, or you can say 'I carved the pumpkin'. Walker thought it was nasty!

My Cow and Cowboy!

Last night we went to a fall festival in town. It was optional to dress up, so of course I dressed the kids. I love cute costumes. Walker loves the movie Toy Story right now so we dressed him up like a cowboy like Woody. He would pull his gun out and say "reach for the sky". So for Reese I wanted something to go along with a cowboy and Wayne said how about a cow. Great idea, a cute little cow. Don't look to close, I made her costume myself. We had a great time. Reese even got her picture taken for the Wake Weekly-the newspaper in town!

I love this picture...she's smiling!!

NC State Fair

When my parents came in last weekend we made them go to the State fair with us. Wayne and I love going just to eat all the junk food! Walker got to ride a lot of rides and Reese loved all the bright lights. We ate...roasted corn, pizza, Cotton candy, ice cream, milkshakes, corn dogs, Fried Sneakers and Cokes. Yum Yum!! We had a blast. My parents had a good time too. We might even go back again!

Turning 30 in Wahington D.C

For my 30th Birthday Wayne took me to Washington D.C. to celebrate. My parents came into town to watch the kids for us (I don't think they would have enjoyed the trip). We had a great time seeing everything. I think we got to see everything we wanted to see except The President. That would have been the coolest!! We walked every where so by the end of the trip I was exhausted. My feet and back were hurting so bad at the end of the trip that we took a taxi to go just about a half of a mile...lazy ugh! but it was fun for Wayne, he had never been in a taxi. Enjoy the pictures...I know there is a lot it was hard to narrow them down.

Moving

Well, we have made half of our move to our new home in Clinton, NC. Wayne flew home last thursday and loaded up all of our stuff we had stored in my parents basement. I met him saturday along with a lot of wonderful people from the church to help unload. Walker enjoyed seeing a lot of his "baby toys" that he didn't knew he had. He also had a blast playing in the moving truck.

Pumpkin Painting

Walker amazes me all the time. For the past week he has been wanting to go to the pumpkin patch and pick a pumpkin and paint it. He remembered that last year our church went to the pumpkin patch and got to paint the pumpkins. His memory is better than mine sometimes. So we went to wal-mart (some pumpkin patch uh) and picked out a cute little pumpkin and painted it. Don't worry we are taking him to the pumpkin patch at the end of this month.

Baby Reese

Just wanted to share a few pictures of my sweet baby girl. She has been such a good baby. I just love her so much. This week at the doctors she weighed 9 lbs 9oz. She is changing everyday.

Walker was watching Reese this morning while I was in the shower. When I came out he had given her her doll while she was swinging. What a sweet brother.

Moving to Clinton

This will be our new home in Clinton!
Elizabeth Missionary Baptist Church

Well, it looks like we are moving to Clinton, NC. Wayne will be full time pastor of Elizabeth Missionary Baptist Church starting in November. We are very excited about what God is doing. We are also sad to have to say goodbye to all our friends in Wake Forest. We have met so many wonderful people these past 2 years. We (or maybe I) am also sad not to be moving back home to Georgia but I know for sure this is were God wants us to be.
