Surgery Again

Walker had surgery again this summer.  He had an infected tooth that caused him to get sick fast and the only way to remove it was to put him in the hospital for surgery.  He was in a lot of pain but did great and recovered well!

July 4th

July forth we went down to Heard county to see the fireworks with Bryan and Katie. They had some activities on the square then we sat near the river to see the fireworks!

The kids love Kona Ice!

Summer Fun

It has been a great summer! It went by way to fast but we filled it with lots of fun!
We rented a boat and spent 8 hours on the lake swimming and tubing!

We did a lot of fishing!

 We went to the circus!

The girls went to a shopkin trading event!
...and Jack played with his legos

Walker's Birthday

Walker turned 11!  For Walker's birthday we celebrated with his cousin Nathaniel. We went to Dave and Busters and played lots of games. Afterwards we had pizza and cake!

Summer Beach Trip

This summer we went on a week long family vacation to Panama City Beach. With 10 kids and 7 adults there was never a dull moment.  The condo we stayed at had the beach in front of us and a lake behind us!  The kids enjoyed swimming and fishing all week from sun up to sun down.

Reese got the "best behavior" award! It was the highest award you can receive in the class!
Even though she still had poison ivy on her face she enjoyed her last day of school!
Walker loved his teacher this year; Mrs. Holmes
5th Grade Walk! On to middle school...

She finished!

Ivy finished Kindergarten! It was a rough year but she did it! She loved school and worked hard! We are so proud of her!

Poison Ivy

Reese got into some poison ivy and got it all over her face. Poor thing got it the last week of school and had to miss a couple of the last fun days! After a couple of doctor visits and lots of medication she was all cleared up.

At one point if we could only paint her face blue she would look like Avatar!

Nana Retired

Nana Retired after cleaning teeth for 45 years!  She was the best hygienist around! All of her patients loved her and even would drive miles away to see her. She would always say we were her worst patients but she still loved us!

My Babies

I don't get many pictures of them all together and if I do Jack is never looking at the camera. So this is not the best picture but they are all looking and have somewhat of a smile. I love them to pieces and wish time would slow down.  Walker is 10, Reese 7, Ivy 6 and Jack is 4! Wow!

Baseball

Another season of baseball is in the books. This past season Walker was asked to join a travel team out of New Hope. After a lot of discussion we decided to try it out. The team didn't have a very good season but improved along the way.

So many pictures of Walker having is mouth wide open!

Softball

Reese played softball this past spring for the first time. She was really nervous and said she would only play if daddy could coach. She worked hard and did a really great job. Her team name was Chaos!
