Lunch Time

Today I went and had lunch with Walker at his school. I had such a great time. He was so excited to see me and all the other kids were too! I took me and Walker McDonald's...yum yum, and Halloween cookies for all the other kids in his class. It was fun to see all the kids dressed up in there costumes. Walker had taken his off because he had gotten hot. I will defiantly be going back to eat again with him!!
I don't think Mrs. Cannady will like this shot! Across from walker is his friend Ty!
Sweet Emma from church wanted to sit next to me too. I just love that girl...so cute. She was Fancy Nancy!!

Spirit Week

Walker had Spirit Week at school these past 5 days. Each day had a different theme. Monday was favorite team Jersey. Tuesday was inside out day. Wednesday was Western wear. Thursday was Black and Gold day (school colors) and Friday they wore their costumes. Walker was excited every morning when he was getting dressed, he had a fun time!!

Pumpkins

This past week we went to the pumpkin patch for the kids to pick out some pumpkins. The kids had a good time looking at all the different shapes and sizes of pumpkins. They all got one and with a kit from the dollar store we endend up making some very cute pumpkins!

Fall Soccer

Walker just finished up his second season of soccer. He absolutely loves it. He has improved each game and is doing so good. We are so proud of him!

The Team: Stingrays

Reese loves her big brother. She so bad wants to get out there with him and play. In this picture I was trying to get just a shot of Walker, but she would not leave his side.

State Fair 2010

It is state fair time again here in North Carolina. We have loved going these past four years. Me and Wayne love trying all the fried food. Walker loves the games, and Reese loves the rides. It was Ivy's first time and she did so good. Never made a sound. She stayed in her stroller and just looked around. Of course we spent to much money...mostly on food. Wayne had a turkey leg, I had a fried snickers bar, Walker had roasted corn, Reese had cheese fries and we all shared two candy apples. Yum Yum!!
We also got to meet up with our friends Matt and Alicia and their little girl Grace from seminary. We had a good time catching up and watching the kids. We enjoy our time with this sweet fun couple!

The guys enjoyed all the rides with the girls!

New Do

Walker has started fixing his hair for school every morning. He asked one of the kids at school how he got his hair to stay spiky and walker said he used "jello". So now every morning my sweet little 5 year old puts gel in his hair and makes a new hairstyle . Such a cutie!!

Our Weekend

We had a wonderful visit with my family this past weekend. My mom, 2 sisters, and their children all came up to Clinton to visit. Walker has been waiting and counting down the days for them to get here. I got Walker out of school about an hour early on Friday so that he could be waiting as they pulled in the driveway. Of course all weekend was chaos, what did we expect with 7 children under the age of 5! We had a great time though just hanging out!

Never could get a good shot...

Bedtime with oatmeal pies...yum yum yum!
